Actor Tobey Maguire stepped out with his family after having breakfast together in Los Angeles yesterday (November 1).
Tobey carried 2 ½-year-old Ruby Sweetheart while Otis Tobias, who will be 6-months-old on November 8, hitched a ride with mom, Jennifer Meyer.
The Maguire crew was spotted earlier this week out at the Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood.

The 34-year-old Spider-Man star is rumored to be starring opposite his BFF, Titanic star Leonardo DiCaprio in a remake of the classic Carol Reed film The Third Man, which is being written by Eastern Promises screenwriter Steven Knight.

Adorable Otis Maguire looked ready for bed as his mom Jennifer Meyer carried him back to the car after a family dinner at Madeo restaurant in Beverly Hills last night. Jennifer and Otis, almost 5 months, were joined by dad Tobey Maguire, big sister Ruby Sweetheart, 2 ½, and actress pal Sara Foster.
Tobey has several projects on the go at the moment, including the fourth Spiderman film, which is set for release in 2011.
