Levi Johnston: Bristol Planned Pregnancy

And you thought you'd heard the last of him....

In his scathing new memoir, Deer in the Headlights: My Life in Sarah Palin's Crosshairs Levi Johnston opens up about ex-girlfriend Bristol Palin and their son, Tripp, now 2, claiming that the Dancing with the Stars alum planned to have a baby in an angry response to her mother's pregnancy, telling Johnston in March of 2008, "Let's get pregnant."

Bristol Palin Dishes On Her Relationship With Levi Johnston In New Memoir

From the images of the young couple posted in the media throughout the 2008 Presidential election, it appeared that Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston were two teenagers who were crazy in love -- and expecting a baby.

But in her new memoir, Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far, Palin reveals that things with Levi were never what they seemed, as she details their relationship from their drunken "first time" together, to the moment she found out she was pregnant with their son, Tripp, now 2, and the engagement she refers to as the "middle finger" to her family.

Bristol Palin And Levi Johnston Reach Custody Agreement

Bristol Palin And Levi Johnston Reach Custody Agreement

It's good too see these crazy kids can finally agree on something. TMZ is reporting that Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston have reached a settlement in their custody case of son Tripp, 19-months.

According to the deal filed with the Alaska Superior Court, Bristol will get primary physical custody of Tripp and Levi will have visitation rights on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Levi will be required to pay Bristol child support – the amount isn't stated, but the agreement says the calculation is based on earnings of $72,000 a year.

But here's the part that may be the hardest for these two sparring exes – under the agreement, both parties agree not to "speak badly about the other parent in front of the child...or allow anyone else to speak badly about the other parent or members of their family in front of the child."

And there's more. "The parties agree that they shall not allow the child to visit with, or interact with, any family member who publicly...or in front of the child, criticizes the other parent or the other parent's family."

Levi Johnston: Next Mayor of Wasilla, Alaska?

Levi Johnston: Next Mayor of Wasilla, Alaska?

He couldn't get the girl, but can he get the votes? Bristol Palin, mother of Levi Johnston's son Tripp, broke off her engagement to the former Playgirl model recently but he seems to be jumping right back on his feet – by running for Mayor of Wasilla, Alaska. Levi's almost-mother-in-law Sarah Palin famously held the seat before becoming governor of Alaska.

Fortunately, it looks like Levi's run may be slightly bogus – Us says the whole 'campaign' will be documented for Levi's reality show, Loving Levi: The Road to the Mayor's Office. Whew.

The show's executive producer Canaan Rubin released a statement outlining the show. "The docu-soap will follow the ever controversial, headline making, matinee idol, handsome father of one as he embarks on a run for mayor of Wasilla, Alaska... [the] series will chronicle a 'no-holds-barred' period in Levi’s tumultuous life; co-raising his son Tripp, looking for love, and taking care of business for his fellow Wasillians. He will give us a real inside look into who he is as a father, a skilled hunter, an avid dirt biker, and of course his journey down the road of small town politics -- right after he gets his high school diploma."

Bristol Palin And Levi Johnston End Engagement. Again.

Bristol Palin And Levi Johnston End Engagement. Again.

Don't buy that wedding gift just yet – Bristol Palin, 19, has called off her second engagement to Levi Johnston. Bristol gave Levi, the father of her 19-month-old son Tripp, the boot after a fight concerning one of Tripp's ex-girlfriends. No, not the pregnant one. Yes, I'm confused too.

This breakup was reportedly over Levi's other ex Briana Plum, who said some things in an interview that Bristol wasn't too happy about. And then there were a few photos of Briana and Levi on Facebook that Bristol wasn't too thrilled about, either.

Apparently Levi's pregnant ex-girlfriend Lanesia Garcia has publicly admitted that Levi is not the father of her unborn child. "Lanesia and Levi have dated off and on over the past few years but he's not the father of that baby," says a source. "Lanesia's other ex boyfriend is the father. She's not the reason [Bristol and Levi] broke it off."

Bristol Palin & Levi Johnston Are Engaged!

Bristol Palin & Levi Johnston Are Engaged!

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston grace the cover of Us with their gorgeous son revealing their plans to get married.

We got engaged two weeks ago," Bristol says. "It felt right, even though we don’t have the approval of our parents."

Bristol, 19, and Levi, 20 - who had called off their previous engagement two weeks after welcoming son Tripp in December 2008 - reconnected three months ago while working out a custody plan for their 18-month-old son.

The teen mom says she's scared of her mother's reaction. "It is intimidating and scary just to think about what her reaction is going to be," Bristol says. "Hopefully she will jump on board."

Sarah Palin has made no secret of her feelings for Levi. He provoked a fury last fall when he claimed that the former vice presidential candidate called her infant son Trig (who has Down syndrome) "retarded." She fired back, publicly stating that anyone who posed for Playgirl would "say and do anything for even more attention." Later, during an interview on The Oprah Winfrey Show, she dubbed him "Ricky Hollywood" and called his "aspiring porn" career "heartbreaking."

So how does mama feel about the engagement? In reaction to the cover story, Sarah and her husband Todd released the following statement to the Today show on Wednesday morning:

Bristol at 19 is now a young adult. We obviously want what's best for our children. Bristol believes in redemption and forgiveness to a degree most of us struggle to put in practice in our daily lives."

Levi Johnston: "Bristol & I Have Gotten Better"

After a very public custody battle, it appears that the relationship between Bristol Palin, the teenage daughter of ex-presidential hopeful Sarah Palin, and ex-boyfriend Levi Johnston is on the mend. The two welcomed son Tripp in December 2008, and split just a few months later in March 2009. In an interview with Radar Online, Johnston reveals that he and Palin are trying to repair their relationship for the sake of Tripp, saying, "Bristol and I have gotten better. We’re developing a friendship again; a little bit of trust going on, so it’s making things a lot easier.”

Johnston also shares baby Tripp's latest milestone, adding, “The baby is great. He’s getting big and he’s almost talking now. Well, he thinks he’s talking but I don’t know what it means.”

Johnston is currently in Los Angeles trying to find a home for his reality show, Mine Is The Real Alaska.

Levi Johnston Is "Pumped" To See Tripp Twice A Week

Levi Johnston Is "Pumped" To See Tripp Twice A Week

Levi Johnston might not be completely satisfied with the amount of time he gets to spend with his 13-month-old son, Tripp, but for now he’s enjoying every moment he can.

Currently, Bristol Palin has agreed to let her ex-boyfriend visit with their son two days a week – on Wednesday and Saturdays: “Saturday is usually the best day of the week for me,” Levi tells Entertainment Tonight. “It’s the day I get to see my son.”

Despite their incredibly public break up and ongoing custody battle, Levi says he’s trying to focus on the present: “I’m pumped that I get to see him twice a week. It feels pretty good. You can’t dwell on what happened.”

Though the two may have their differences, Levi claims that they are able to put aside their own feelings in order to talk about their son:

She tells me if something’s new but you know it is as far as we get. She called and told me he said ‘Dad.’ [We] actually got together and went into Anchorage and ate dinner, just the three of us and got him some ice cream. It was pretty fun. We just got to be good parents and work with each other. We keep conversation to Tripp and that’s about it.

Bristol Palin Demands Child Support From Levi Johnston

Bristol Palin Demands Child Support From Levi Johnston

Bristol Palin - who recently proclaimed "I’m not going to have sex until I’m married" - is demanding $1,750 a month in child support from Levi Johnston. Bristol is demanding retroactive pay since the birth of their son Tripp on December 27, 2008, according to court documents filed Thursday in Alaska, TMZ reports.

Reportedly, Bristol, 19, believes Levi, also 19, has earned "in excess of $105,000 in 2009 through various media interviews and modeling related activities."

In a sworn statement, the teen mother said, "I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi." Bristol goes on to say that Levi has only given her $4,400 over the 13 months of Tripp's life: $3,000 on September 9, 2009, and $1,400 on December 19.

Levi's manager, Tank Jones, tells TMZ Levi has paid Bristol more than $10,000 since Tripp was born. Jones also says Levi does not make money from every interview he does, though he did not say exactly how much Levi has made.

Last November, Bristol filed for full legal and physical custody of Tripp.

Tripp Johnston Custody Case Open To The Public

Tripp Johnston Custody Case Open To The Public

Bristol Palin lost an early fight this week in the custody battle over her 1-year-old son Tripp when an Alaska Superior Court judge ruled that the proceedings will remain open to the public.

While Bristol had hoped to keep the case closed, arguing that it was in the child's best interest, her ex Levi Johnston petitioned the court not to enforce a gag order.

"I know that public scrutiny will simplify this matter and act as a check against anyone's need to be overly vindictive, aggressive or malicious, not that Bristol would ever be that way, nor that I would," Levi, 19, stated in an affidavit. "But her mother is powerful, politically ambitious and has a reputation for being extremely vindictive... So, I think a public case might go a long way in reducing Sarah Palin's instinct to attack."
