Tennis star Anna Kournikova’s mother was arrested on Tuesday (January 19) in Palm Beach, Florida and charged with child neglect, RadarOnline reports.

A Palm Beach police report says 46-year-old Alla Kournikova left her five-year-old son Allan home alone while she ran errands. Someone passing by the home found the boy and called police.

The boy reportedly jumped from a second story window in the home where he was locked inside and left alone by his mother. Police documents stated that Alla left her son home alone because “he did not want to go with her.”

Reportedly, neighbors called 911 and when police arrived on the scene, they found all the doors at the home locked with a deadbolt. Allegedly, Anna’s mother left Allan alone for over 50 minutes and he jumped 15 feet down out of his bedroom window. The documents said there is “bruising about his feet and lower back” as a result of the fall.
