Titanic star Kate Winslet was spotted picking up her two kids - daughter Mia, 10, and son Joe, 7 next month - from school in New York City today (November 23).
Mia rolled her bag home while mom and Joe cuddled during their travels.

Since her surprising split from her husband Sam Mendes earlier this year the Oscar-winner, who is also mom to 6-year-old son Joe, has sparked a new romance with British model Louis Dowler.

Academy Award-winning actress Kate Winslet celebrated her 35th birthday today (October 5) with her two kids - Mia, 10 next Tuesday, and Joe, 6 1/2 - in New York City. The Titanic actress grabbed some groceries before picking up her kids from school.

Mom-of-two Kate Winslet was seen walking her kids - daughter Mia, 10 next month, and 6 1/2-year-old son Joe - to school in New York City on Friday (September 17). Kate is co-parenting the kids with her soon-to-be-ex-husband, Sam Mendes.
The following day, the Academy Award-winning actress and her kids were seen shopping in the West Village. They did a bit of antiquing at the Upper Crust and left with a little green stool. The trio, who were joined by friends, also bought some shoes at Shoe Garden.
Kate made her public debut with her new main squeeze, British model Louis Dowler, at the Vanity Fair party in Madrid earlier this week.

Newly separated couple, Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes, put on a united front in New York City this morning (April 6) with their 6-year-old son Joe and Kate's 9-year-old daughter Mia from a former marriage. The family of four looked happy and Joe even waved at the nearby paparazzi!
The couple announced their split in mid-March after six years of marriage. Their lawyers said: "Kate and Sam are saddened to announce that they separated earlier this year. The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children. They ask that the media respect the privacy of the family."

Academy Award-winning actress Kate Winslet was spotted picking up her two children Mia Honey, 9, and Joe Alfie, 5 1/2, from school in New York City on Tuesday (November 10).
The 34-year-old Titanic star says that she avoids luxuries like nannies doing the school pick up and chefs making the meals because she doesn't want her kids to get used to a "movie star existence."
I don't have the perfect life. There are things I could implement within my life that would probably make it easier. But I deliberately don't do it because if I did, I would be living that movie star existence that I really try and resist."

American Beauty director Sam Mendes was spotted walking stepdaughter Mia Threapleton, who turns 9 next month, and son Joe Mendes, 5 1/2, to school in New York City on Tuesday (Sept. 29). Mom to both kids is 33-year-old Academy Award-winning actress, Kate Winslet.
Sam's most recent film, Away We Go, stars pregnant SNL star Maya Rudolph who plays Verona, a thirtysomething woman who is expecting her first child.
