Kelly Ripa: "You Work On Your Marriage The Same Way You Work At Your Job"
With their 14th wedding anniversary coming up next year, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos have one of Hollywood's longest and, by all accounts, happiest marriages. In a new interview with Redbook magazine the 39-year-old Live with Regis and Kelly host is full of praise for her very handsome husband ("That gorgeousness, those teeth, that jet black hair..."), with whom she has kids Michael, 12, Lola, 8, and Joaquin, 6. The busy mom dishes on everything from dealing with "Mommy guilt" to her golden rule for her kids - and also shares her best advice for a long-lasting relationship.
On dealing with Mommy guilt: "Initially, we would never leave the kids alone with a babysitter. But then Mark would say, 'We are going out to dinner,' and I would say, 'Without the kids?' And he would say, 'Yes. Because that's what grown-ups do.' It was something he forced me to do, and now I think to myself, The kids will be thrilled. They know the babysitter is going to let them watch TV and eat cookies. So that's the balance Mark introduced to me. I know there are people who are good at dealing with this stuff, but I think the majority of women feel tremendous guilt."
On being a work in progress: "There are still nights when, if I'm feeling really guilty about leaving the kids, I'll pick a fight with Mark over having nothing to wear. Which is a lie. I'm like, 'I'm not going! My throat hurts! I have nothing to wear!' And he'll say, 'Which is it?' I'm like, 'I have nothing to wear and, yes, I think my throat may be hurting soon.' We're evolving."

Live with Regis and Kelly host Kelly Ripa was spotted using her phone as she picked up her 8-year-old daughter Lola from school in New York City on Wednesday (November 4). We just spotted Kelly and Lola, along with papa Mark Consuelos at sports day.
All My Children fans will be thrilled to hear that Mark and Kelly are returning for the show's 40th anniversary episodes on January 4th and 5th next year. The couple, who have been married for 13 years and are parents to kids Michael, 12, Lola and Joaquin, 6, met on the set of the long-running soap back in 1995.
Kelly Ripa Smooches Her Sports Star
Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos cheered on their 8-year-old daughter Lola as she competed in her school sports day in Central Park, New York City on Monday (November 2). Kelly and Lola took turns taking photos on her iPhone as Mark used his fancy camera.
We just spotted Mark and their 12-year-old son Michael out and about in SoHo. Hopefully we'll catch a glimpse of their youngest child, 6-year-old Joaquin soon!

A couple of days ago we saw Kelly Ripa out and about in NY with the kids - looks like it was Mark Consuelos' turn yesterday! Eight-year-old Lola Grace seemed to have her doting dad in stitches as the pair were spotted, along with younger brother Joaquin, 6, in Soho.
Earlier in the day Mark and Kelly took time out together for a bit of shopping and a bite to eat. Such a gorgeous couple!
The pair are also parents to 12-year-old son Michael.

Over the weekend the TV talk show star, along with Gossip Girl's Blake Lively, played host at the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund's 12th annual Super Saturday in Water Mill, NY. Kelly and her husband Mark Consuelos made a perfect pair - as always! - as they posed for pics at the event. The couple are also parents to 12-year-old son Michael.

Earlier this week Mark told In Touch of his beautiful bride, “I love her eyes and her smile. I’m crazy about her!”
Could another baby be in the plans for the busy parents? Mark recently revealed that it's "up for negotiation."
"You know, I love having three kids. Three kids is a great number. You never know, four is also a great number. Four legs on a chair, very stable. Although a tripod on a camera is very stable as well, some would say more stable. I don't know. It's up for negotiation."

What a good looking bunch! Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos were seen attending their 12-year-old son Michael's 6th grade graduation on Wednesday. Michael is the spitting image of his handsome papa! Kelly and Mark's other adorable children, Lola, who turns 8 next Tuesday (June 16) and Joaquin, 6, were also in attendance.
Earlier that same morning, Kelly and Mark made an appearance on Good Morning America to promote their new show. The former All My Children co-stars have teamed up with The Learning Channel to co-produce an un-scripted reality TV show which premieres this Friday (June 12).
When asked if Mark is considering an appearance on Dancing With the Stars, Mark says he would “rather jump through a plate glass window on fire than dance in front of America.”

Work it girl! Pregnant Nicole Richie looked fabulous on Live With Regis & Kelly at the Fontainbleau Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida on Tuesday. We just saw Nicole, Joel and Harlow fly in from LAX for the appearance. Also, we just saw Kelly Ripa and her family relaxing and having fun poolside at the Florida resort.
Nicole has been launching her new jewelry line named after her firstborn child, House Of Harlow.
