Jesse James: I Can't Cry Over Louis Anymore
May 4, 2011 by MARSHA TAKEDA-MORRISON

Things didn't go so smoothly for Jesse James after he cheated on America's sweetheart Sandra Bullock. He became a pariah in the press, shuttered his West Coast Choppers shop and, although they had begun adopting baby Louis together, Sandra took Jesse's name off of the adoption papers. But Jesse, who's currently plugging his book, American Outlaw, says he's forgiven himself and is determined to move forward for the sake of his three kids Chandler, Jesse Jr. and Sunny.
"I could only cry so much about [Louis] until I have to suck it up and keep a stiff upper lip and realize, Hey, [there are] three kids that I do have," he says in a Nightline interview airing tonight (May 4). "I need to take care of them and not worry about the one that I don't, you know, and I think that's the lesson," he says, adding, "I've never seen Louis since everything [happened]."
Kat Von D Is Not Pregnant
Sep 9, 2010 by CAROLYN ROBERTSON

They're definitely dating, but there's no baby on the way for lovebirds Jesse James and Kat Von D.
A rep for the tattoo artist dismissed the pregnancy rumors - which were prompted by recent pics - today, saying, "They've only been dating for a few weeks. She is not pregnant. That's absolutely absurd."
There may not be baby news, but things seem to be moving along quite quickly for the inked-up pair. Asked by People if Sandra Bullock's ex could be "The One," 28-year-old Kat replied, "I believe he is."
Janine Lindemulder Calls Ex Jesse James "Cruel And Selfish"
Aug 24, 2010 by MARSHA TAKEDA-MORRISON

Looks like the war wages on between Jesse James and his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.
Jesse recently got the okay from a judge to move their daughter Sunny, 6, to Austin with him, but now Janine is slamming her ex for not allowing her to say a proper goodbye to her daughter.
Janine thought James and his three kids were moving to Austin last Friday but was upset when she learned they did not leave until the following day, according to a report on RadarOnline.
“I gave up time with my daughter so that Sunny could travel with her dad,” Janine said. “But I could not get her on the phone until I finally spoke to her on Friday evening when Sunny told me that she had been at home in California all day.
“I sat at home crying when I could have been with my daughter but Jesse just did not care, he was being cruel and selfish.
“On Saturday she spent the whole day traveling so I never actually got to say goodbye in person to her.”
And it sounds like Janine will be busy juggling visits with Sunny as well as with her son Tyler. “I’m still trying to make arrangements to go and visit her in Texas but I may split my time in Oregon too where my son and other family are,” she said.
Sandra Bullock & Jesse James Stay Civil For Kids' Sake
Aug 16, 2010 by MARSHA TAKEDA-MORRISON

Sandra Bullock doesn't want Jesse James, but she still wants his kids. Sources are saying that Sandra and Jesse are communicating these days, but only so that Sandra can still be involved in the lives of Jesse's children, Sunny, 6, Chandler, 15, and Jesse Jr., 12
"She's doing it especially for Sunny," a source close to the actress says.
"She is not ready to give up on Jesse's children. She wants to be in their lives and continue to spend time with them. Sandra will not be letting him back into her life otherwise. She is holding strong and firm to her solo future plans."
Those solo future plans including raising adopted son Louis. “Sandra is moving on with her life and settling into single life just fine. She is busy with baby Louis, work and friends," the source says.
“They are selling their joint L.A. home together and Jesse has his own L.A. place. Sandra will split her time between Texas and New Orleans and Jesse will split his time between LA and Texas.
“Sandra and Jesse speak infrequently, via email and other people," the source continues. "It’s a lot to take on so close to their break-up … but it is all about the kids. Her friends are worried about her being close to him at all, but Sandra knows what she wants. Jesse can only get back into her life if Sandra chooses and she is nowhere near that place.”

Lindemulder's lawyer says the former porn actress will be moving "once she gets the green light."
It's Official: Jesse James Is Moving Sunny To Texas
Jul 20, 2010 by MARSHA TAKEDA-MORRISON

In the latest drama involving Sandra Bullock and her ex Jesse James, a judge has just ruled that James can move his 6-year-old daughter, Sunny, to Texas. James moved to Texas recently following his split with Bullock, a move that complicated his custody agreement with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.
Upon hearing the judge's ruling on Tuesday (July 20), Lindemulder broke down sobbing. "I can't do this!" she said, according to a report in Us. "I'll move! I'll move!"
Judge Thomas Schulte said his decision was based on Sunny's bond with her siblings, Chandler, 15, and Jesse Jr., 12 who live with James "and the fact that she is doing well in her father's care." Lindemulder has also said that Sunny misses Bullock's adopted son, Louis Bardo.
Despite Lindemulder's reaction to the ruling, after court she seemed resigned to the judge's decision and spoke favorably of Bullock. "[Sunny] will be fine," she said. "It hurts. Sandy is good. Jesse is good. Sunny loves baby Louis. She's excited to move to Texas. [Bullock] will be good for her."
Jesse James Fights For Move To Texas
Jul 16, 2010 by HEIDI ORAN

Jesse James and ex-wife Janine Lindemulder are back in court in a battle for custody of their 6-year-old daughter Sunny.
James has requested a move to Austin, TX., where he and his three children can be closer to ex-wife Sandra Bullock and son Louis. He has purchased an 8-acre, 5-bedroom home "in a very private estate in Texas hill country," only 17 miles from Bullock's residence, reports People.
He also claimed that since Lindemulder's release from a halfway house on June 3, daughter Sunny "acts out, she's more agitated, she has sleeping problems," and said, "The more contact she has with her mom, the more fear she has to sleep in her own room." James added,
She's thriving, doing well in school, she has an amazing relationship with her brother and sister and Sandy. We're getting to a point where we can live in peace. [Moving to Texas] will only make things better."
Sandra Bullock & Jesse James' Divorce Finalized
Jun 28, 2010 by JENNY SCHAFER

It's officially over for Sandra Bullock and her husband of nearly five years, Jesse James, PEOPLE reports. The pair filed papers last week in Texas to finalize their divorce. Their marriage crumbled due to James' infidelities.
The Oscar-winning actress, 45, filed for divorce in April in Austin. The papers cited "discord or conflict of personalities" as the reason for the breakup. Today, Monday (June 28), Bullock's rep confirmed that the divorce is now final.
Though it's unclear if there was a prenuptial agreement, James won't be entitled to spousal support. Under Texan law, a spouse must be married for at least 10 years to qualify for support.
The divorce enables Bullock to finalize the adoption of her son Louis as a single mother. The Hope Floats star, who is now legally single and by law would have to wait 30 days before she can marry again, also "presumably worked out a private visitation agreement" for James' kids - Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr, 12, and Sunny, 6 - says Daryl Weinman, an Austin-based family law attorney.
Jesse James: My Ex Should Not Have Visitation Rights
Jun 18, 2010 by JENNY SCHAFER

The ugly custody battle continues.
Jesse James argued that his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder should not be permitted visitation rights with their 6-year-old daughter Sunny in court this morning, TMZ reports. However, the judge denied Jesse's claims that Janine should not see Sunny because of her alleged drug problems.
The existing order stands: Janine gets to visit periodically with Sunny.
Shortly after the judge's ruling, TMZ obtained a copy of a letter that Jeremy Aikman - the husband of Janine - wrote to the court supporting Jesse's position.
Janine is a very unstable person her moods change every 10 minutes it's like she has multiple personalities," Jeremy wrote. "She abuses every prescription she gets. She obtains prescriptions from the doctors for 20 vicodin and proceeds to get them off the street."
Do you think Janine should have visitation rights with Sunny?
