Her stint on the popular drama 24 came to an end with the show's last episode this Spring, but Mary Lynn Rajskub has an interesting new project to keep her busy.

The Michigan-born actress, who has 1-year-old son Valentino with her husband Matthew Rolph, is the star of a one-woman show in Hollywood with the saucy title, "Mary Lynn Raksjub Spreads Her Legs." Inspired by her own experiences as a mom, the show takes a funny and honest look at pregnancy and new motherhood.

"My first three months of motherhood weren't pretty," she admits. "I just needed five hours of sleep in a row. I remember my son waking me up in the middle of the night and thinking that I should just call the police."

Mary Lynn, who got her start as a stand-up comic, says of her new gig, "I love getting a reaction from the audience - both the laughter and tears. The show is bawdy, but it's real issues I'm grappling with and most people can relate."

This season's scripts are striking a familiar chord for 24 stars Mary Lynn Rajskub and Kiefer Sutherland.

Mary Lynn, who in real life is mom to 17-month-old son Valentine, says of her character Chloe: "When I start, I'm behind at the CTU because I've been at home being a mum. So I have to catch up. It makes the stakes a little bit higher for my character, because she has a kid to worry about. And I have a kid in real life, so it sort of feeds into my work, a little bit."
