So cute! Tobey Maguire was photographed heading to breakfast with his wife Jennifer Meyer and their two children - daughter Ruby, 3, and son Otis, 6 months - in Los Angeles on Sunday (November 15).
Jennifer, a jewelry designer, recently said that she's in "heaven" when she's with her sweet family of four:
With my family, pretty much whenever we are all together, I’m in heaven. Literally, we could be driving in the car and I’m happy.”
Tobey stars in the upcoming flick, Brothers, alongside Hollywood heavyweights Jake Gyllenhaal and Natalie Portman.

The Spiderman star will next be seen portraying a war veteran alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in the family drama Brothers. He recently told the LA Times that the role took a toll on him:
I lost a lot of my joy while doing the movie. I wasn't even aware of it. I don't mean it to sound goofy or artsy or something, but two days before we wrapped, I started telling some jokes and laughing, whatever, and it was like a release for me. I hadn't done that in, like, two months."

Actor Tobey Maguire stepped out with his family after having breakfast together in Los Angeles yesterday (November 1).
Tobey carried 2 ½-year-old Ruby Sweetheart while Otis Tobias, who will be 6-months-old on November 8, hitched a ride with mom, Jennifer Meyer.
The Maguire crew was spotted earlier this week out at the Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood.

The 34-year-old Spider-Man star is rumored to be starring opposite his BFF, Titanic star Leonardo DiCaprio in a remake of the classic Carol Reed film The Third Man, which is being written by Eastern Promises screenwriter Steven Knight.

Tobey has several projects on the go at the moment, including the fourth Spiderman film, which is set for release in 2011.

Tobey Maguire's Very Veggie Cause
Dad-of-two Tobey Maguire wants kids across the nation to eat their vegetables.
The Spiderman star recently penned letters to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senator Tom Harkin asking that the 2009 reauthorization of the Child Nutrition Act include a provision for a daily vegetarian option in schools, saying it would “go a long way toward reducing the amount of fat, calories and cholesterol students get.”
“As a parent, I am contacting you because I am deeply concerned that unhealthy school lunches are contributing to our nation’s childhood obesity epidemic. School is tough enough already – students shouldn’t have to put up with lunches swimming in fat and cholesterol,” Tobey writes. “My wife and I just had our second child, so this issue is tremendously important to us…. Let me ask you please to ensure the Child Nutrition Act provides more fruits, vegetables, and healthy vegetarian foods.”

Two-year-old Ruby Sweetheart was spotted out with her parents Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer today in LA. The family stopped by the local Ducati dealership, where Tobey checked out some motorcycles.
Ruby is now a big sister - Spiderman star Tobey and his wife welcomed son Otis Tobias in May.
Tobey Maguire Reveals Son's Name
PEOPLE reports Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Meyer have released the name of their nearly two month old son – Otis Tobias Maguire.
No reason was given for choosing Otis, however, Tobais is the formal version of the actor's first name.
Otis was born May 8 and joins sister Ruby Sweetheart, 2 ½. Toby, 34, and Jennifer, 32, met in 2003 and were married in 2007.

The 33-year-old Spider-Man star and his jewelry designer wife have yet to release the name of their new son who was born on May 8.
Tobey's latest movie is Brothers co-starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Natalie Portman which hits theaters December 2009.
